The rack of pork or pork rack is a unique piece of pork, available almost anywhere, but in stock at Beef & Steak. The rack is a beautiful piece of rib meat, the bones are cleaned like a rack of lamb. That makes it a furnace product and a whole new experience of pork.

Recipe:
Place the pork on the grill rack or in a baking dish in a preheated oven at 180 degrees and roast until the internal meat temperature is 70 degrees.


Pork Rack with breadcrumbs and parsley:
  • 1 rack of pork,
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper
  • 3 / 4 cup mustard
  • 1-1/2 cup fresh breadcrumbs
  • 3 / 4 cup fresh chopped parsley
  • 1 tablespoon dried thyme
  • 3 garlic cloves crushed
Season the rack with salt and pepper. Apply with a brush of mustard ¼ cup. Combine the rack with the other ingredients. Create a broodkruimmix with thyme, parsley and mustard. Press the broodkruimmix on the top of the rack. Place the rack in the oven, with the bones facing up. Let the 1 to 1.5 hours in the oven roasting until the internal temperature of the meat 63 degrees. Let it continue cooking 5 minutes. Cut the rack between the bones.
