Ingredients:
- 1 rack of pork
- 250 ml Black Bull BBQ Grilling Glaze
Preparation: Put the chops in a bowl and pour the Black Bull BBQ Grilling Glaze over it. Make sure the steaks are completely covered. Leave a quarter rest. Meanwhile bring the grill temperature. Place the chops in an angle of 45 degrees on the grill. After 3 to 4 minutes the chops 45 degrees (no reverse!) And have 2 minutes to grill the same side. This creates the perfect grill print. Turn the chops and cook the same way. Brush the chops possible (with a brush) with a little Black Bull BBQ Grilling Glaze. Allow a few minutes to rest under aluminum foil.
