BBQ Pulled Pork Shoulder of pork

Ingredients:
• Pork Shoulder, 6 pounds
• 150 grams Roast Rub
• sandwiches

Preparation:
Coat the pork shoulder roast with full rubber. Adjust the temperature exactly at the barbecue. Place the meat on indirect fire on the BBQ to 130 degrees. Count 2 hours per pound cooking time. If the core temperature is 80 degrees, the pork shoulder barbecue. 1 hour to rest under aluminum foil. With two forks pull the meat apart and serve on buns.
